I do love an inspirational quote and this is one of my favourites. Another saying that makes me smile is used by a great friend of mine who when asked ‘how are things?’ replies, ‘ …same, same but different’. Same, same but different is a great way to describe my change from KDG Partnerships to Maria Eliadis Coaching. I have been consulting as Aegene Consulting and then KDG Partnerships since 2007 but it’s time to evolve into the next phase of my work and life. Embracing coaching is about embracing people and teams, about supporting and guiding them to be their own consultants, their own advisers and to coach them to their next stages and phases, to coach them as they embrace the opportunities and challenges life and work will present them.
